Provisioning & Pre-Configuration

  • Standard

    Devices come pre-configured with MDM software and ISV software. The HMD is shipped in its original box with a standard head strap.

  • Premium Pre-Configuration

    Devices come pre-configured with MDM software, ISV software, and add-ons. Examples include enhanced comfort head straps, carrying cases, non-standard boxing, supplementary devices, and branding signifiers.

Levels of IT Support
