About Us

I come from an IT helpdesk background, having worked with top Fortune 500 IT companies in multiple roles, ranging from IT Support Project Manager to CTO, with over 15 years of experience. I found a passion for Virtual Reality and related technologies around 2014 and decided to focus on the technology and the potential of the Location-Based Entertainment industry, as arcades and video games were always the industry I aspired to get into. I worked and traveled for many location-based entertainment projects and was able to learn and understand the needs of arcades and entertainment businesses across the United States. Through these ventures, I stumbled upon a blind spot in the Location-Based Entertainment industry as a whole: client-focused, independent services and support for emerging technologies. I plan on being a pioneer and leader in the services and support space for this new generation of technology and entertainment, as it is very much needed.

After eight years in the luxury hospitality industry, Laura tried VR for the first time and her life changed. She strategically shifted her focus to the XR industry and aligned with Reboot Imagine, a start-up that specializes in turn-key solutions, installations, and technical support. Seeing the need for customer service in XR was a natural fit for someone coming from the world of hospitality.

Laura gracefully leverages her skills in operational management, customer service, and project management to create effective and unforgettable immersive experiences through customer- centric solutions. She leads Reboot Imagine as the COO. Laura’s hope is XR adoption in all facets of everyday life, from entertainment to education and beyond. Laura is a member of XR Women, a group of forward-thinking women in technology.

Laura got her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at Florida International University and is fluent in Spanish.

Stephen has always been fascinated with technology and computer repair. With a background in hospitality and customer service from working in hotels for over 6 years, Stephen acquired his A+ certification and transitioned into the IT industry. Over the past 5 years, he has worked for multiple managed service providers (MSPs) before being offered the opportunity to work with Virtual Reality and High-End Entertainment Technologies at Reboot Imagine.

Stephen eagerly seized the chance to learn as much as he could about VR technology, hardware, and support. He quickly developed a passion for the industry and now dedicates himself to furthering his education in VR experiences and supporting people with both computer services and VR support. In addition to working as an XR Specialist at Reboot Imagine, Stephen also volunteers and helps moderate well-known IT support forums.
