At Reboot Imagine we have some of the best technicians in the Location-Based Entertainment space and can help you with the repair of your immersive entertainment experience or amusement machines. Whether you want us to come directly to your location or ship your machine to our warehouse repair center we will be there to help fix your issue or provide an alternate solution. We take pride in our work, and we provide a 1-month warranty on labor (parts are extra) on any of the issues we addressed in the service call.

Please note: If there is a warranty call and it is another issue that is causing the failure you will be charged a service call for that repair.

On-Site Repair Service

One of our technicians will travel to your location and perform diagnosis to determine the issue you have and provide you with the solution to repair your machine.

Remote Repair Service

You can ship your hardware to our warehouse to have your equipment diagnosed and fixed and shipped back to you when it is good to go.

Full Restoration Service
